Eczema If you suffer from eczema you can use apple cider vinegar both internally and externally. Take the generally recommended dosage three times a day and then also apply diluted ACV to the skin externally. Fatigue Taking the generally recommended dosage of ACV three times a day, with meals, can help to relieve fatigue. Food Poisoning Regularly taking ACV may also help to prevent food poisoning.
