To accurately monitor your food consumption, consider keeping a food journal. This is especially important for people starting a new dietary routine.

To ensure the best digestion and absorption of all the nutrition at a meal, sit at a table in a pleasant, quiet environment.

Lying down after a meal tends to turn off or reduce the rate of digestion. Walking or light-exercise after meals keep the blood circulating and organs active.

When craving sweets, rinse your mouth with one teaspoon of baking soda dissolved in a glass of warm water. Do not swallow. Cravings should disappear quickly. Another tip for Food Cravings...
