Heard this saying and found myself repeating it as it most definitely hit a cord and resonated with me. I have found that the more you attempt to change the more resistance you come across. We are such creatures of habit! That being said we all need to stop, recognize and accept our reality. Once we've accomplished that honest awareness only then can we find our way to change. Focus on the solution and not the problem...Change, not an easy thing to do when we've been so conditioned. However, our vibrations create the law of attraction (what you think, you attract) which brings us towards the reason of focusing on only the positive thoughts. Change is good, no its great! Without it we remain unaware of the potential and possibilities that this life has to offer. Sonia's food for thought... Awareness of Mind, Body and Spirit for ultimate well-being!
